《无人认领》是一款温馨治愈向的关键词检索解谜网页游戏。整个游戏只有一台机器：城南东站失物招领处里那台 1996 年上线、至今没下站的 LF-96 查询终端。它只会做一件事——搜索。
馆内有十三件物品的描述缺了一个词，系统把这称为"字段缺失"。你把那个词想出来、输进搜索框，物品才肯交出完整档案；而档案里，永远有一个人。七个段落、十二次检索、三个结局。
本作不含恐怖、血腥或 Jump scare 内容。调性是"含泪但暖"：故事涉及亲人的离世与旧物的遗弃，但没有惊吓成分，适合不接受恐怖题材的玩家与未成年玩家。

Unclaimed is a warm-toned keyword-retrieval puzzle game. The entire game is one machine: the LF-96 query terminal that went live in the lost property office of Chengnan East station in 1996 and was never switched off. It does one thing — search.
Thirteen records are missing a word, which the system logs as FIELD_INCOMPLETE. Work the word out, type it in, and the item surrenders its full file; and in every file there is a person. Seven acts, twelve retrievals, three endings.
The game contains no horror, gore or jump scares. The tone is bittersweet: it deals with a death in the family and with objects left behind, but nothing frightening. It is suitable for players who avoid horror, including younger ones.
