Open HELP → field completion rules in the game first: after three failed queries the terminal offers a clearer completion note by itself. That is the intended path, not a fault.
Still stuck? Write in and name the record you are working on (tallies look like CD-2019-Ⅲ-A). Please do not ask for the answer — we will point you in a direction, not hand you the word.
Include the record tally, the query you typed, your browser and device, and roughly when it happened. That combination usually locates a bug within one reply.
This is an individual project; replies usually take 3–7 days. There is no ticketing system.
